To facilitate timely delivery, we require accurate details such as your name, shipping and billing address, contact number, and any relevant landmarks. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information. We will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Delivery Attempts:
In case of a failed initial delivery attempt, we will reach out to the customer via the registered email address or phone number. Should a second attempt be approved, additional delivery charges may apply.
4. Delay in Delivery:

Please note that tracking updates may occasionally experience delays or disruptions due to external technical issues beyond our control.
7. Delivery Charges – International:
International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and shipment weight to ensure transparency. Please note that the product price and shipping cost at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, or additional levies imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are typically collected at the time of delivery by the relevant authorities.
8. Customs Clearance and Delays:
