ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e 10%  of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment in 7-10 working days. Please allow the time for the credit to appear in your account.

However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

EXCHANGES

Products cannot be exchanged once order has been dispatched 

    •    We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty.

    •    No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
